Just got my DSTwo, I wonder is it normal to get "? Icon" beside DS_Games that doesn't do anything

yes it is normal you can install icons yourself

Check ur dstwo plugin folder. Anything that appears in the DS2 menu is associated with the dstwo plugin folder. You may have a unwanted file there in the plugin folder which is causing you to see that icon
