If my modded switch gets banned from Nintendo's servers, can/will it effect my main, unmodded switch?

Getting an unpatched switch as a belated christmas present, I'm going to mod it, if my modded switch gets banned, could it ban my legitimate, stock switch as well?

Why on Earth would your legitimate Switch get banned just because your modded Switch got banned? You realize consoles get banned because that console violated the Terms of Service?
