Homebrew Homebrew app I'm trying to get FBI, but homebrew is linked to Nintendo zone HELP!

I cannot find the Hombrew Launcher, im guessing it is in nintendo zone and I dont have FBI is there another way to get to Hombrew ?

Go to any title you don't need (DS download play is a popular choice) and click L+DPAD DOWN+SELECT. Then click "change current title to .hb"- then close the app and open it again. It should become the homebrew title

open any title you don't usually use (people tend to use the download play app), and press L + D-PAD DOWN + SELECT to open rosalina menu, and select "Miscellaneous options...", then select "Switch th hb. title to the current app." and reset download play, in theory you should now boot into the homebrew launcher.
