Homebrew Instructions on playing new games on the Wii

Havn't touched my wii for bout a year, and recently wanted to play new games like No More Heroes 2.
My Wii is probably on a super old frimware, so can i get some instructions on what to do to update and how to dl and burn the game onto the CD? (No dl links please)
