Hi,

I put 14 skins on my Supercard DS ONE, but when I went to the Skins Sub-menu, it only showed 9 (the first 9 I put on my card) and I couldn't scroll down or anything to get to the others ones.

Is this the limit? Only 9?
If there is a way, how can I put more?

Thanks.

T.T

It's not possible to just put the (skin) files in the scshell folder and not in the Skins, right?
Hopefully, if the Supercard team updates the SCDS1 again, they might change this because this is quite a letdown.

I really have no idea what you could possibly do with 14 skins. Just choose your favorite 9 and be happy you finally have multiple skin support in the first place.

Fine, be optimistic.

Now where's my Moonshell firmware upgrade

The Supercard team really needs to get rid of Moonshell altogether (like the EZ Team is doing for the EZ-V) and replace it with something good. Almost every con I can think of for the SCDS1 is related to Moonshell in one way or another.

Wow 9 skins is a let down ? LOL

Anyway with a bit of creative thinking you can have more, use 'dsorganise' to rename a folder swap.

Well I guess I like to switch a lot between my skins (I make my own).

EDIT:

Well, I gave Supercard's Tech Support an e-mail and this was the reply:

Dear ----,

Thanks for ur mail.
Now, 9 is the limit. Maybe will supports more than 9.

Regards

So, 9 is the limit for now. >.

Where are you getting these skins? At SC-Dev, I thought the skins were limited to their respective firmware versions.

Sorry for being off topic.

Maybe you can remove the old skins that you don't like if you already didn't do so.

=P
I'm not getting them from anywhere; I'm editing all the picture files in the scshell folder to make my own skins.
It's confusing at first, but you'll get used to it. Try it out!

They only have one skin (default), but if you remove it, it comes back by itself. O.o"
