Hacking is there any way to make a custom dstt skin without .Net Framework 2.0

.net fw 2 is totally free and is needed for a great many programs found around the net, so I dunno why you wouldn't want it.

But yes there is: Edit each bitmap, one by one, in the ttmenu\Skins\default folder on your micro SD card. The go into the skin.ini and hand edit the values, in hex, to suit your color needs, providing you know the values for colors in hex.

The only thing the Skin maker really does is allow you to preview the skin and give you a graphical interface instead of hex values for the ini.

As he said, .net is a really useful thing to have on a PC.

But, if don't wanna go through the hassle of doing so, you can simply make skins with any photo editing program like Photoshop. Just rename the stuff properly and save it to bmp format. To be honest, that TT skin customizer app is kind of garbage.
