fyi it's black & white because the video is in pal mode on a ntsc tv... are you using 480P or 480I?
Uh..my TV is probably Japanese since we got it while we were still in Japan so I'm going to go with 480I. Otherwise I don't know.

Are they in the same folder? Make sure there all in the same folder and drag the ISO over the backup-creator.exe.

some of us don't have the freedom of obtaining one so easy. i would have to buy one in my country and considering how reputable 90% of all modchip dealers are i'd rather just get the few you can get from this and purchase the rest. holy crap someone buying games?! WELL I NEVER!

Yup, everything...

Same thing with me mate. Drag and drop didn't work. Right click and Open and browse for the backup-creator.exe and open with that, worked a charm for me.
Impressed with the whole thing, not a bad compatability rate. Glad I'm using PAL as it seems a bit easier to use, Boom Blox as reported works fine, gonna try House of the Dead next I reckon.

Naruto Shippuden works. Patch it with WiiFrii 2.3b to PAL then patch it with the backup-creator.exe.
