I totally agree. I think that you should create a group only with ppl who can actually do stuff, and a place where only those people can post/write (but others can see it too but not post unless invited). And then have a sub-section or something like that for others where they can volunteer to be in the other group or list themselves (with their emails) as testers/etc.

Would that be possible?
