If you're worried about location data then either don't agree to the ToS agreement, or simply disable it from the options. You are never forced, or tricked into using it. It's always an opt-in procedure, not an opt-out one like certain giant internet conglomerates.

Let us remember what geohot was charged with, now they will know were you live ,even if you are not a hacker just running some unauthorized code and and they can knock on your door.

Except that they can not legally use it unless you give permission to and it is NOT associated with the PSN agreement. If you are paranoid about it, simply do not agree to the terms of NEAR or to google maps or any other app that might use the location data. Simple. You sir, in this case, are overly paranoid.
