I've been looking and looking for a fabled Hyrule Warriors Legends USA/EUR 1.6.0 — NTR Cheat Plugin by user BtEtta. Unfortunately, the lone Google Drive link they shared to their plugin has stopped working and my efforts to find it have so far been pointless. The closest I've gotten is finding the original post from Jan 21, 2016 (last updated Nov 3, 2016) with the original link, but the trail stops there.
If anyone happens to have a copy of it, or if the original creator happens to see this and still have it, please share! I doubt I'm the only one looking for it.
