Mario Kart Deluxe DLC locked

Hi there,

I have just updated to the latest atmosphere cfw and 17.0 OFW and when I start Mario Kart Deluxe all the bonus tracks and charcters are there, but I cant access them. it asks me to go to the store.

I have installed the DLC and the booster file, but the booster file says it was last updated in 2022! is there a newer booster file I should be installing? I cant seem to find one.
