Gaming Mass Effect disk 2 verification problem

I have iXtreme LT, so I have to have Splitvid. The first disk of Mass Effect 2 verified great, but I'm having a lot of issues with the second disk. As you'll see in the verification results, the stealth is uncertain. I'll ask the questions before I post the results. First, is this a bad disk, because I've downloaded it like 3 times. If it's not, am I safe to play it? Here's the verification results:
