I think that might be half the reason this game hasn't been dumped yet. Most games run for $48 - and Rhythm Tengoku Gold runs for $44.90

Yeah, it's kind of annoying how it's been like a week since its release and it still hasn't been dumped. At this point I'm just getting annoyed because I said I'd have a decent amount of the game translated after a week of its release.

Yes, is very weird that the game isn't dumped. Japanese games are dumped very fast most of time.
