need help removing tesla overlay

I installed tesla overlay and it ruined all my games! Cheats are active all the times. No matter what i do with the config.ini and disable active cheats on start. It wont work!
Now i deleted the tesla overlay files on my sd card. Tesla menu now doesnt show up on the switch, but the cheats are still active whenever i go into a new game wtf??

Go to the /atmosphere/config on your SD card
Open system_settings.ini in your favorite text editor such as Notepad
Change the ; dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x1 line to dmnt_cheats_enabled_by_default = u8!0x0
