First glance: Three Pokemon that'll die to Earthquake, Two that'll die to Ice Beam.

Those are two of the most common moves in the competitive scene.

You should be fine at Victory road as long as your pokemon are level 60~70.

I beat the whole elite four and the champ with only a level 83 Empoleon. So it is possible.

The only problem is that you are making a team in which four of your pokemon have a 4X weakness to something.
That can be bad.

Heracross = pwned by flying
Toxicroak = pwned by psychic
Garchomp = pwned by Ice
Weevile = pwned by Fighting
Spiritomb = good! Not weak to anything

Maybe throw in some pokemon who are dont have such a weakness.

How bout Drapion w/ Toxic Spikes. He is only weak to ground and only 2x. Use toxic spikes twice at the beginning of battle to toxic the whole team.

Maybe Milotic. Only weak to electric/grass 2x. Has recover and good defense/special d to hold out in battles.

I would keep the Garchomp because he is a powerhouse.

It is a tough call between Lucario and Heracross. Both are powerfull, Lucario is weak to Ground/Fire/fighting but resistant to almost everything else. All weaknesses are 2x. Heracros is weak to Fire/Flying/Psychic. Flying is 4x, though ppl dont seem to use flying a whole lot in the game.

I would also keep the spiritomb.

This is a fairly diverse team. You can throw in some psychic or electric if you want. You will be able to make an awesome team once you have the national dex. Good luck and have fun.

You might want to try Gallade instead of your Weevile.. i had both.. and yea.. Gallade seems a bit better.. although slower. =/ (80 compared to Weeviles' 125) but i gave it a quick claw... xD lol

anyways.. Gallade has pretty high attack.. weak 2x to only Ghost and Flying has a pretty nice moveset

Nightslash
Psycho Cut
Leaf Blade
Close Combat, Drain Punch, Earthquake

=D pretty wide range of moves...

Why do people insist on having Choice item Calm Mind/Swords Dance?
Choice -items- are good cause they increase the damage by 1.5 but only allows that move. this is great for moves that have STAB (Same Type Attack Bonus) and they have small - no Less Effectives / Ineffectives. like Dragon moves. for example.

Calm Mind / Swords Dance are good stat uppers. because they increase your attack and can help you sweep(1HKO) your opponents pokemon.. High Attack + high Speed = win

for garchomp, maybe you can consider a berry

yache berry, reduces an ice attack by 50% once, so it basically allows garchomp to survive an ice attack... (i got screwed over by this a lot on the wifi battle tower...)

the natures seems pretty good

EVs, i'm not so experienced so i guess thats the best way to go, and then you can change it around after

----

looking at your list thus far, you have no Grass or Electric attacks.... so i suppose you'll just destroy something like Suicune and Milotic with pure strength....

1 or 2 little hiccups there, it's a good team otherwise.

Fire Fang > Fire Blast

Garchomp is an Atk. sweeper, use moves that use the Atk stat, not the Sp.Atk one. Sure, Fire Blast is strong, but poor accuracy and non-Atk move makes Fire Fang preferable.

Sleep Talk for what on Heracross? You don't have Rest...and the chances anyone would put you to sleep is very low.

I said Choice item Calm Mind/Swords Dance, i.e. together. Either you can't read, or you fail at this game.

And BTW, GL taking down CMcune with "brute force". I don't use it, but my friend's one took STAB Thunders unfazed.
