my wii got bootmii installed boot2 but cant load hbc, cant restore from backup or even cboot2
my last resort is using comex nand formatter(ppcboot.elf) i able to load it through bootmii
now the big problem im facing now is

does korean wii have eula available for download?or ill just ignore installing it through nand formatter?
ive'd been searching for it on google but cant find it and tried NUS but its not available
what are the ios needed for 3.5k or 4.1k? to load system menu?

i even tried installing other regions and end up on EU/EU/ENG/startup/ something like that
oh and btw tried install 3.5k also and it only got stuck (maybe currupted file)

everything from NUS downloader

Every Wii has the EULA title, I think. It isn't recommended to mess with it. BTW, haven't you tried to boot LoadMii with cBoot2 instead of the Comex's NAND Formatter? It is a "mini-HBC" like app. Or what about the WAD Manager? You could try to reinstall the damaged titles. Now that I think about it, how did you exactly brick your console?

If he has cBoot2, he can boot applications. There's hope.

yes i have emulated a system menu update through NUS downloader
but i dont know if the wii really requires EULA on formatting through Nand Formatter

i did tried EU/EU.Eng/setup/startup_index thingy

i know its a good sign i can unbrick my wii
all i need is the exact files to be installed through it

guys if i use system menu 4.2k what are the IOS really needed just to load that menu?

System Menu problem? I don't know. Try reinstalling it. BTW, you didn't answer my question...
