how do i install this
that tutorial that person put up didnt help can someone explain to me how to install it and convert
i dont get how to put it into the card how to convert the games and bios

Do you mean NeoDS? You just hook it up quite easily like any other emulator.

They play MAME versions of NeoGeo games though, not the originals.
