Android socks- a whole new meaning to smart wool, lol

Back on topic, I don't see the point - overpriced, outdated, and targeted to a market which is increasingly not wearing watches.

ipod nano android edition?

Sad thing is that they already have something as foolish as that

Actually other companies got there first. As soon as the iPod Nano 6 was released there were watch holsters for them and none were made by Apple

Android 1.6, crap CPU, the tech demo showed it being laggy as shit. Maybe I'm spoiled with CM7 but dear god that thing looks horrible. D:

Not a big fan. Why do they need to put that kind of technology everywhere ? It's like everything must be connected and capable of doing every single task, even our watches... Seriously, why people would buy a watch that does the same thing than a smartphone, but with less efficacity (and smaller screen)?

Interesting idea, but what do we need from a watch? Watch Youtube? Cmon we have phones, tablets, laptops, PCs, TVs, etc. that already do that and most for a fraction of the price and with better features. Not to mention Chinese knock-offs. Sometimes innovation is nice, but is there a market for such a thing (with a small screen and such)?

Android 1.6? Isn't Android 2.x more efficient/reliable? I used to run Android 2.1 on my phone's stock ROM, as soon as I flashed a 2.2 ROM there was a noticeable speed increase. I don't know much about the Android system requirements though so maybe it doesn't meet 2.x requirements.

As for the watch phone, these things will never work. Its been the dream since the start of Sci-Fi to have a computer on your wrist, the problem is that the screens are just too small to work right.

Don't buy this piece of shit. Instead buy the Motorola Actv Android watch and root it so you can load you're own applications and yes you can now play angry birds on you're watch. The motorolla actv has 3x better specs.
Specs for the Motorola Actv
- CPU: omap3 (3630) - 600Mhz
- Ram: 256MB
- Nand: 8GB
- Wifi: 802.11n
- BlueTooth: Yes
- Fm Radio: Yes
- GPS: Yes
- LCD: 1.6" QCIF+

Also I believe it has 2.1 instead of the 1.6 on the I'm watch

Video on how to root it :

Funny thing is that most phones have replaced watches nowadays. All my friends just pull out their phones to check the time, not look at a watch. Only person near my age range who uses a watch is my brother.
