Hacking New DSL/i

(If these posts aren't allowed please lock or remove this topic / tried to search a bit but i couldn't find much on this)

I'm finally looking into replacing my old DS Phat. Now i have some questions.
First off should i buy an official DS or is a refurbished one just fine ?
Then why are refurbished ones cheaper while they just have the original hardware with some minor replacements like the case which should only make it more expensive ?
(don't know if i'm allowed to ask this either) Could you recommend me some good sites (non rip-off/scam etc) where i can buy (preferably cheap) DSL/i's ? Most recommended sites on the frontpage only sell flashcards.
So far i found these two DSL's here and here now i've heard some (not too much) bad things about digimartz but it's not refurbished ? and 4coolday seems like a more respected site around here but it's refurbished (now is it only the case like they tell me or more ?).
Lastly any chances i'll be able to get DSi for about 150$/100€ (links welcome if allowed here).

we'll, i think you should just look around in a local electronic shop. It's sinterklaas right now, so now is the time to get the best deals on a new ds or dsi. PM me if you want some more info

EDIT: Thought DX didn't sell DS systems anymore but i just saw you can get refurbished ones for about €55-60 which gives me serious doubts about the quality versus an official one. My preference goes out to an official one anyway but finding a cheap official DS online doesn't seem so easy and official store bought DS's are nearly always pricey.

I'm looking to spend about €100-120 max (about $150-180).

EDIT2: Well i'm not going for a refurbished one now i've read some more about it, but i fear i can't get an official DSL/i for about $150-180 ? Anyway do you think this one is official or refurbished as it seems rather cheap.

EDIT3: Decided to go for an official DSi from the local store anyway, thanks for the help tho.
