Hacking new wii update needed for shop channel

first of all, I'm not a complete noob.
but I've been on vacation the entire summer and am now very behind the times.
anyway, I can't get to the shop channel because theres an update it needs to install.
which cios do I need to get to it this time?

I will explain you how:
Download Dop-Mii, start it via the Homebrew Channel, select IOS36 to install other IOSes, go to Channels, press plus to install the newest shopping channel and when the program ask you from where select Download from NUS. After the installation you can use the Wii Shop Channel again

Cannot find any way for "go to Channels". If I press plus, nothing happens.

Above method works only if your IOS36 is "good one".
Install IOS236:

Reload it under DOP-Mii and try again.
