Wii had 200,250,300 [anything over 300 was glitchy]

You completely misunderstood my post, I'm not talking about this $0.01 of tax,
I'm talking about how outrageous it is for Nintendo to charge three times for a single VC game.
You paid for it on Wii, then you paid a dollar for putting it on WiiU, now more $2 for using them as WiiU VC.
This is ridiculous and outrageous, just look at Sony and you'll see what a decent company do,
the same PS1 title I bought I can play on PSP, PSVita and PS3.
There shouldn't be any charges for migrating it to WiiU, even more migrating to a native WiiU VC.

No, there shouldn't, I agree. There needs to be cross-play for these types of things, and is a big reason why I'm still about to give up on the eShop and rely wholly on ROMs and unofficial emulation. Sure, third party emulators aren't as good as the one Nintendo writes our outsources (such as M2 and their GBA, Megadrive, etc emulators on Wii and Wii U), but it is ridiculous, and something has to do be done about it, to alleviate the issue instead of milking users for everything they've got.
