do you understand how sanctions work? they're also supposed to pressure the ordinary people to revolt against the reason of the sanctions - the regime.

freedom was never free to begin with, so these people crying about the possibility of losing your life when fighting are funny at the very least.

all in all, Nintendo could also pull out due to the fact the ruble is pretty much worth nothing beyond repair.

Any one of the above would have made a better head line. Anyhow, history repeats itself as the Russians have a healthy piracy community, so if you are really hard up to fill your gaming fix during war time and feel you can't live another moment without feeding it, then there is always that outlet which in the end reduces the amount of earnings from Russia for Nintendo. So in short, Nintendo just promoted piracy within China, just so they can make the appearance of being with the "good guys" in a world driven by bad people in Russia, the Ukraine, and abroad, and we often serve as their mindless pawns or hapless victims.
