I'm down by half today (so far.) The Chantix won't kick in for a few days because I have to ramp up with it, can't just start at full dose.
I'm supposed to keep smoking like regular for a week and then start cutting back, but I'm trying to get a jump on it. I want this to go quick.

Not sure if you want the advice, but when I was quitting smoking, I kept a toothpick in my mouth for like hours at a time. It helped a little, because you can hold it like a cigarette between your fingers every once in a while. The real test though, was kicking the toothpick habit.
