Hacking Official R4 "loading..."

Shouldn't it say "Couldn't find _DS_MENU.DAT"? Not "loading..." when there is no _DS_MENU.DAT on it? Well I tried everything. Official frimware, (3rd party ones also) and even clone frimwares. They all have "loading..." funny thing is though, if I move the cartage in the DS lite, it shows "Couldn't find _DS_MENU.DAT". Could this be a connectively error?

EDIT: Oh yeah, when there is no MSD in it, it shows "Couldn't find the SD/TF card"...

if you have a problem with the firmware in the R4 OR if you use an SDHC, it says Loading.
If you remove the R4 card while the DS is loading up, it says Couldnt find ds menu dat
if there's no sdtf card, it says Couldn't find the SD/TF card.

what's the question anyway?
