you can still use waninkoko's downgrader

Yes but that was version 2.0, the are versions before it, even I had it on my launch wii, and that version of the menu didn't show the version number in the setting menu.

This version doesn't allow SD card to be used.

Even if you have it, you can't dump it in anyway because you can't copy Twilight Hack save file into it.

I'll let experts correct me if I am wrong, though.

You could probably dump it with an Infectus.
But why would you want it? Everything works perfectly on 3.2
