Hacking PatchMii on Wii System Menu 4.0

I have a modded Wii on System Menu 4.0 and have DVDX installed (through BannerBomb and the HackMii Installer). I need to use PatchMii to make DVDX work on my Wii but Wiis with system menu 3.4 or higher have a "dummy" IOS254 installed that blocks PatchMii. So, is there a way around it? Can I just use AnyTitle Deleter to delete the "dummy" IOS254 and then use PatchMii? Or is there some other way to do it?

If you plan on using MPlayer CE you could install IOS202 and put DVDX there.

Ya, it does and so does PatchMii. So I'm guessing they'll overwrite each other.

True. I'm just going to install DVDX again on IOS202 this time. Hopefully that'll work. But I can't seem to find it's WAD or installer anywhere
