So, there have been a few people who know how to update while banned through Choidujour and now for whatever reason none of their stuff works ( i dont know if this will fix emunand but its worth a shot!)
the problem is that ( presumeably) if you use Choi, you have an option to install 2 different versions of the same firmware, not picking exfat will make it so none of your goodies ( cfw etc) work, below is fairly easy fix.
make sure to use a FAT32 micro sd, i recommend guiformat to do so, but once you do, follow the guide below and then reinstall the update via choi and this time MAKE SURE YOU PICK THE EXFAT OPTION OR YOULL HAVE TO REINSTALL AGAIN.
