quick question about my Avatar and Sig

hi guys , having already had my avatar deleted by a mod , i have / think i have sized it correctly and added a sig ! now are these ok or is it just a matter of time before another mod deletes them lol

Sig image is fine.

When you change the avatar it says "Your avatar must be no bigger than 100 pixels by 140 pixels in size. Uploaded avatars from your computer must be no larger than 80 KB."

I checked the avatar and the size is still over at 96KB. Also the dimension is like 320 X 222!
