Hacking Release notes for new SDK versions leak

In case that you don't already know what release notes are, they are a description of what is contained within an sdk and what has changed from the previous version. These files usually accompany an SDK version. With these leaks one can only wonder if the actual sdk versions are soon to follow.

For anyone curious they leaked on a certain obscure site and the specific files are:
