Well, for anyone who was searching on this for the past 10 years, here it is:

https://github.com/derek57/openWODE

These are the official contents of the "OPENWODE.RAR" archive.

Be sure to read the README text files very carefully and have a visit at WODE-RE
for more about the internal aspects of a WODE.

Thanks very much in advance

P. S.: Maybe this should be a STICKY thread.

UPDATE:

If these questions ever come up:

  • The LPC3143 MCU BOOTROM has been dumped (for analysis)
  • The U-Boot Bootloader(s) v1.00 and v1.01 have BOTH been dumped in their decrypted form (for analysis)
  • The WODE Linux Kernel(s) were dumped in their decrypted form as of these WODE-UPDATE versions (for analysis):
  • v1.00
  • v1.10
  • v1.15
  • v1.20
  • v1.21
  • v1.24
  • v1.25
  • v1.27
  • v1.28
  • v2.00
  • v2.1 (0 & A)
  • v2.2E Beta
  • v2.3 (A & B)
  • v2.4 (A & B)
  • v2.5 (A & B)
  • v2.6 (A & B)
  • v2.7 (A & B & C & D)
  • v2.8 (A & B & C & D & E & F)
  • v2.9 (A & B)
The Kernel CPIO-ROOTFS was recovered to the Kernel versions mentioned above.

Dumping those was done WAY BEFORE (3rd quarter of 2021) the "OPENWODE.RAR" archive re-appeared online by gaining access to the Linux terminal using UART and a custom-coded memory-dumper.

All of the function names regarding the Bootloader have been recovered.
There are NO debug symbols within either the Bootloader, NOR the Kernel itself.

Great! But given how uncommon wode's are I don't know if this should be stickied, but I will definitely spread the word.

Also I would add/move this message to the front page of your github as well as here

OpenWode enables you to do homebrew development on your WODE device, using the
OpenWRT environment as a base. It includes code examples of how to use the LCD
display and joystick on the WODE, and the network support scripts used on the
retail wode builds are also included.

In short, you have a powerful but tiny development platform!
