What is latest emunand rxtools supports? Mine is 9.0.0 I never updated it yet.

Latest (10.1) for O3DS. 9.5 for N3DS

that's probably the EMUnand, not SYSnand, which must be 9.2 or lower

U will need to dump xorpads for that .3ds file so u can convert it to .cia

Have you injected the correct version of it?

Yeah I checked the tmd/app versions and according to the folders I got it from it was correct. It didn't tell me I had the wrong versions during installation too

Sorry I misunderstood your question.
The game itself can be packaged in .3DS format.
But not packaged by FunkyCIA.
You have to use other tools such as CDNto3DS.

You can usually find most DLC's available online in CIA format, which you can install if you have 9.2 or below.
In any case, this really isn't the best place to ask those questions.
