@Alexiox Gateway acts as a proprietary custom firmware (abbreviated to 'CFW' for short) to patch the firmware to use the Gateway red cart as a game cartridge. Other flashcarts such as the Sky3DS acts as an optical drive emulator or ODE that tricks the 3DS into believing that its booting from a legitimate cart. The Sky3DS will not boot homebrew, only encrypted 3DS retail ROMs. The Gateway on the other hand, does both.

Thanks for the attention.
News, testing twl emunand patch yes not broken anymore at this much, halfway through cid patch for nand and possibly found a way to make gateway works(stiil idea) if you want to test them (no it won't arm your 3ds...) I will leave them here the link, or yiu can loin the group for a more interactive way
These a first attempt to execute dsi and maybe even ds game from sd card, there are two version one with more feature and one basic that has only redirection patch, for better compatibility use with cfw from that has the patch twl for it, one day it will be merged into it... but for now they are complementary. https://gbatemp.net/download/twl-redirection-patch-to-sd.38295/

nightly working again, grab it there, also classical rosalina combo (L+Down+Select)
update: uploaded most of the code except arm9 side still working on it
PS: if you're experiencing problem with rosalina please delete Extra_config.ini in luma folder, lt should fix that and don't use the standby patch led off for now it makes app crash, still investigating
please use the hotfix version and update if you're still experiencing that crashes...
thanks
Little announcement

Also if you want to use it on twl
You'll need also twl sd redirection patches and obviously also having games installed on twl emu side since sysnand won't technically be used...(not tested yet)
So if you need something info or support write here or on discord group.
