Hacking Smash Bros Vc.wad how to i get/install this in my wii

So i took there advice and search google.
THere is no where to download
what do i do?
I just want the smash bros wad file

Also,

Ive seen what i think to be files for it, the sizes(for computer download) are way different, ex:

One was 12 mb

another was 44.mb

The Smash Bros Wad will be about 45mb however people will not give you it here. To install it you will need the Wad installer 2.1 and you will have to use the zelda hack which google will help you with, also you need a SD card.
