Hacking Start Patch Sneek Compatibility Request

Is it possible to make a Wii Application to make Start Patch work on Sneek? Or a PC Program that that you can Modify the System Menu through your SD Card.

regardless of that, you can use a handy dandy hex editor and a hacks.ini and patch the system menu quite easily with your PC.

On SNEEK it freezes I can't seem to get through it.

I tried that but it's pretty confusing because I have no clue what to do I don't know what .app file to edit and what. due to some values being 0x60000000 for example [Block Disc Updates],[Disable HAXX,DVDX,RZDx Checks],[Move Disc Channel],[Region Free Channels] and I keep finding alot of 60000000 hex values so that's no help. Can you please help me?

I want to have 4.2J as my SNEEK!

its probably trying to use IOS249. if you cant figure out the hex editor method, just install a older version of 249 in your sneek nand. 249v7 loads up fine.

It worked until if gave me a fuzzy screen when I was going to install the patches.
