Strange Chat Notification

Hi, since Monday, I am getting some strange notification about a direct chat message, but no chat is opened when click the notification, nor can see the chat on my profile:

The title tab even toggle between CHAT: New Message and the normal title

But the chat can not be found:

Does anybody have a idea of what is happening?

Thanks a lot, even the notifications for this thread never come.

friday I did change the theme to the old Style: tempStyle (throwback) and now the notification doesn't took me to the conversation nor the "conversations" button on top right show me the messages, but the lower right section of messages, let me select the conversation, result is a message from June 15th, never see on the conversations sections but now I could see it
