Vitor Vilela released the SA-1 chip enhancement patch for Super R-Type.
He uploaded a comparison video on his youtube channel.
Super R-Type released 1991, is a early title for the Snes that suffered from major Slowdown.

NEW Release! Super R-Type for SA-1 Root is now out!
Can you now beat this game without the slowdown and with dozens of enemies on screen moving at full speed?
