Just wondering, is there anything different about the GBAtemp limited edition Supercard DStwo?
Other then the packaging, like does it come pre-loaded with anything, or does the card look different?

There is a picture in the original posting and at every store that sells the card.

- The design of the cart and box is different.
- You get an extra wrist strap and stylus
- It costs $10 more, which goes to the Homebrew Bounty

For the rest there's nothing different.

It looks like it has something other than a sticker protecting the inner parts.

Or it might now, I'm not sure. Either way, it looks not as kewl as the old DS2, but I would totally consider getting it if there was more than a sticker in the way of the internal stuff.

Nope, you can see the places where the components touch the sticker. They look blue-ish, but it's just the way the light hits the indentations.
Besides, if it's the same cart then there would be no room for another layer of plastic as the original barely fits in most DSi consoles.

Wouldn't mind getting the GBAtemp version if it isn't as chunky as the original. The spring in my SCDS2 is messed up, I'm using tape to keep the SD card in the cart

It's the same.. just a different color, sticker and case.

I bought one anyway.

BTW, Lightake are now sold out...

Thats a shame. I thought the cart would be different at least the build. Mine is dodgy

I just checked Lightake again and they are back in stock again.

That is odd. I saw them sell out on the first day.

I guess they got more stock in...

Wow the regular DSTWO is already grossly overpriced.
It's not overpriced at all, considering that it got a 360 MHz MIPS CPU and 16 MB RAM (even more than the DSi - DS: ARM9 66 MHz/ARM7 33 MHz - DSi: ARM9&ARM7 133 MHz/16 MB RAM).

Clearly you have never seen the price for CycloDS Evolution. For the features and power that the Supercard has $30+ really is a reasonable price for it
