ROM Hack Question Sx Os SD corruption

Does anyone know how I can revert back to Fat 32? My switch seems to always want to format my SD to exfat. Main reason is so I can use the cheat function in SX OS. Sometimes while switching between games I get a soft lock that can only be fixed by a restart too.

I have converted my SD Card back to FAT32 with "EaseUS Partition Manager portable". You can get the free version at EaseUS.

Sorry meant to say....I've converted it to fat 32 already but the switch continues to want to reformat to exfat

I'll just format again and see what happens. It's a 256gb samsung Evo that I got a few weeks ago. I've had nothing but trouble with it since I tried out the cheat function on sxos. Pro tip.....don't ignore the exfat warning!
