Hacking take apart

So I saw a thread before in here poeple taking apart a ds game card. (pokemon game) and connect pin? to I think...transfere the .sav file out and back in. I want to know how I can take the game card apart safely? and still can play the game after taking apart.

If you want to get the save there is a program to send .sav files to your computer. which does not require taking apart your card. I think I used eepinator to get a copy of my pokemon pearl save.

THis doesn't work with Pokemon HG/SS which I can only assume is what he means.
If you don't damage anything and clean up well after you've been soldering there's no reason for your cart to break, I don't suggest it though. You'd be best getting the NDS Adapter Plus to get the data.
