Bit late to the party, but yeah, I also loved the homebrew scene back in the day. In fact last weekend, I bought a used DSi XL in a garage sale and ordered a new flashcard to relive some of those memories. (the DSTT from my broken DS light isn’t compatible)
I liked DSLua back in the day, but I think my favorite app missing from your list is Dekutree’s Animanatee, a 2d animation program. I even wrote a small manual years ago. If you google for Uglymike and Animanatee, you're bound to find it... The link to the software itself is down but you can find the soft easily enough....
