So, in the regional EVC polls of my country there are only around 24 votes in total, which means that (assuming that everyone with RiiConnect24 in my country uses EVC) the chances of finding some using RiiConnect24 on my country randomly, are of around 0.0000506116% (1 out of 1975833.333333333,etc.)

Wow those are some mighty small chances. But then again you were hoping to run into someone in person that is using the service? If you want more varied results I suppose you can change your region to somewhere with more users. Just a suggestion. Or start modding all your neighbors Wiis and get them to vote!
