No,it is not getting better after watching 3 Episodes of the glorious "Lord of the Things - The Rings of Power" Series....

Well to be fair, Galadriel was kind of a bitch when she was younger.
She could have stayed in Valinor but she left because she wanted to rule over Middle Earth.
The whole test of the Ring in LOTR was her final redemption, to prove she really abandoned her lust for power and conquest.
She returned to Valinor after that.
