Hello everyone.

I am not sure I'll be a valuable asset to this forum. But I would at least like to try.

I'll be needing some help here and there, mostly with resource extraction from a couple games for certain projects. Hopefully you'll have enough patience to offer what I'll be asking for. I'll try to be transparent as to what I want to achieve with each request you'd kindly fulfill so that you know your efforts aren't in vain.

I'll be seeing you around in other threads.

Cheers.

I forgot when you're able to upload an avatar...I think it allowed me at something like 5 posts or maybe more? A bit restrictive to what I'm used to but I guess it is now usual per new forums.

Also, welcome. But we don't need introductions to each other. ;)

His avatar does display I guess because it was loaded offsite as opposed to in site which is only allowed after certain amount of posts. Since I couldn't do that as such I had to wait a while until I could display mine.

My avatar loaded completely automatically on first login. I didn't have to do anything at all.
Yea but its not hosted on this site, so I suppose you gave it that url? Its hosted on secure.gravatar.com. (whatever that host really is)

What I mean is that if you want the avatar to be uploaded here, it had me wait until I had like 7 posts.

To me, it is primarily incredibly useful and I am grateful for the feature. Not because I wanted to bypass any rules for the period of these first few posts, but rather because it saved me the time of looking for the png file on my computer and manually setting it up over here.

I'm a generalist and not a specialist, I know a few things about many things and everyone was born a noob, life is not new to me but many things about it I have much to study as forever noob. I'm here to help, we are all useful and can be helpful. Each has their area of knowledge and expertise to contribute to a forum even if it's just one thing. Most of us know much just by living and experiencing, doing becomes learning and learning knowledge taught. Welcome to GBAtemp!

I think my favorite PS1 enhancement is sub pixel precision, helps get rid of some of those wobbly polygons lol

@Psionic Roshambo, By default, the polygons are filtered with differing to simulate depth, which doesn't make them clearer.
