Of what use is it for people to post tickets for updates? The update always comes with them. There is no need as to have access to them separately.

If something like freeshop ever came to the wii u, it would be useful.

You could for instance update games from other regions, and update games even when eshop is on maintenance.

Granted the maintenance. Otherwise you can fetch these tickets directly from nus.

How? you still need the WUP files that come with the ticket. Having the ticket by itself serves no purpose.
Do the WUP files come from 1 site and the tickets another, that could be down separately?

That title key site needs a checkbox then to make them visible. Right now they clutter things.

No, you can download the updates files from nus without any problem at all.
The ticket is freely available too.

No, getting the tickets from the shop and only the content files from the CDN would be a sensible thing for Nintendo to do but that's not how it currently works.

I see no point in having update tickets on that site.
