Hacking Updated to 6.2 Now I cannot boot CFW or OFW

If you did it properly when you boot it should show the red nintendo logo and play the video leading into user settings.

It's possible you have a corrupted fs, the data on the sd card may have been corrupted and not written to the nand correctly.

But all should be able to be resolved, run gptrestore from rajkosto then do as before but also try mounting the USER and SYSTEM partitions WITH BISKEYS entered (so you can access the files) in hacdiskmount and formatting in guiformat....MUST format in 16k then transfer files you extracted as before in choidujour to each partition.

You will only ever need the boot0, boot1, prodinfo and prodinfof partitions with your BISKEYS to recover from anything.

Ok I ran GPT restore, just want to be clear when/what to format. I need to format USER and SYSTEM partitions via hacktool?

No you have to use guiformat with 16k cluster size whilst mounting the partition using hacdiskmount with BISKEYS nothing to do with hactool. Same as you did when you transferred files directly.

I formatted the user and system partitions, re-transferred the files. Tried to boot up, same issue getting stuck on white nintendo switch logo

I saw a glimmer of hope, when I booted with the custom hekate.ipl after you do all the steps it briefly flashed the red Nintendo logo, then immediately skipped over to the Nintendo white switch logo.

After a roller coaster of a ride since Wednesday, I finally got to boot back into CFW. I followed the ReiNX guide setting up my sd card and after a few failed attempts to boot up, the 4th time I tried to send the reinx payload via tegrasmash it worked. All the other failed attempts after the Chodujour long guide I was trying to boot cfw from hekate 4.6; not sure if that had anything to do with it or not.

Thanks to those who helped me troubleshoot, especially Pretzal-you rock!!

Booting with the 4.6 hekate payload should have worked with the custom ipl. Strange it didn't work, I'd suspect a possible corruption on the sd card since the rebuild is done directly between pc and switch.

Either that or a suspect usb cable.

you took us on a rollercoaster of emotions lmao! I felt like it was my nintendo switch at stake of being fully bricked xD just glad this is finally fixed holy crap! If it went unsolved we all would of felt some type of way. I thought the issue could have been the cfw at 5.1 but who knows, probably just sd issues.

I had the same problem, after updating to firm 6.2 with choinjourdx and atmosphere 0.85 with hekate payload, that 2011-0301 error happened every time, I could boot into ofw though. I updated my sd card to last atmosphere deleting old atmosphere and sept directories, booted with atmosphere payload now without problems.

The key thing in my case was to delete old atmosphere and sept dirs, I read it in elotrolado and it worked, no need to reformat sd card or anything else.

See if you can pass entropy on partitions using hacdiskmount using BISKEYS you dumped on 5.1, ie with tweak and crypto if not this will be your issue or atleast part of it.....

Since the switch will be using the tweak and crypto keys to access these partitions and if it fails, switch will not boot

If this is all good you'll need to update to 5.1.0 using choidujour as files in the SYSTEM partition will not work since you updated to 6.2.0 at some point.

Alternatively you can mount the SYSTEM partition in hacdiskmount, go into save folder and delete everything bar 8000...120, but this will be like doing a system initialise. The boot files will likely need to be written to as well if you've not restored these from the correct fw version.

Your best bet is to follow the guide to updating without burning fuses for 5.1.0 keeping your data, but this will only work if you can pass entropy using your keys in hacdiskmount

If entropy fails you'll need to encrypt the partitions using the correct keys, if you need help let me know

Can you help? i had my biskeys dumped, but el crypto and tweak of system and safe doesn't load, "fail entropy" always apear using hacdiskmount, but in the prodinfo and user sections it works.

Hey guys so I have just done this... console will load SX OS but neither CFW or OFW.
I was attempting to update to 7.0.1 I dont know what I have done wrong, cant remember which firmware I was on... I have a nand backup though... whats my next steps??
