Hacking VC titles on 3ds?

This may be a dumb question, but has there been any hacks to get the Virtual console games on the 3ds?

Basically, like on the wii, with the installation of .wad files?

only with gateway/MT card, they are in .3ds format and run like a cartridge game instead of installing....there is only about 3 released atm though

Along with the above, smealum has also been able to inject custom ROM files into the VC titles without issue. So they're all probably plain ROMs packaged with a generic emulator.
