So I've used cfg usb loader on vWii in the past for problematic injects, storing the wbfs files on my sd card. But at some point cfg usb loader stopped loading wbfs files alltogether doing this, no matter what game I throw at it or what IOS I am trying to use.
Who's got the solution to this probblem?

According to your Screenshot from the First Post / the Game Error,you maybe should use cIOS 247 for that Game with your actual Configuration.
In generell I would try/use
vIOS249 / 250
but corrected to

well, we noticed some peculiar issues with cfg usb loader and the vwii, so I dunno. I just tested if it worked, but I didn't load a game.
I just am failing to understand how cfg-usb could break without any made changes _at all_
