I'm thinking of selling my new 3ds XL
It's a pearl white version with a 32 GB sd card that has got quite some games loaded onto it.
It comes with the latest luma cfw and stuff

At what price should i sell it on eBay
What do you guys recommend me
200$ 230$

It is legal problem, don't sell with pirated games installed. If you want to give the other person the NNID leave if not remove it.

I've seen so many times people selling DS with flashcarts, 3DS or Wii consoles loaded with pirated software. Not that I approve of this, but OP might get away with it, if he chooses the right platform (probably not eBay, but something more local to him).
