Another week has come and gone and so far...
-----------------
Monday--------
-----------------
We are still have lectures after lectures as usual.
Today, we went into more details on the different types of forms and how we can use them to do a loss recovery, to collect stuff and etc. We also were taught on the various books and document required for ration indenting, for laundry, for weapons and etc.
Next, we were taught on the basic of the RISK Management Process and how it can help make training safer and that's it, end of monday.
---------------
--Tuesday---
---------------
Today,we are having some lessons on the Enterprise (ES) system that we CQs will be using to buy stuff and do our job. There's a special way of doing things for sport equipment too, with different procedures for them as well.
We are then given a talk on how to take care of our stuff, as well as what to look for when inspecting the bunks and the surrounding facilities.
We were also given a talk on the most feared forms of them all (at least to me) the 1206 and 1228 and G56.
Whenever someone sees a 1206 or a G56 , it means death of that guy's wallet. While 1228 just mean doom to them.
then, we were given a talk on how to dipose of items and the procedures for doing so.
-----------------
--Wednesday--
-----------------
Today's lecture mainly involves telling us about the various type of audit that we will be undergoing in our job. We will be seeing guys from the "LAB" (Logistic Army Base) often.
We were also taught on the signal sets that our guys will be using.
----------------
--Thursday---
----------------
Today, we learn about what to do if our unit do not have an ES system in place and how we can do our accounting manually, with what documents and etc.
We were also taught the procedures for returning broken stuff and unserviceable parts.
How to indent vehicle was taught to us as well.
-----------
--Friday--
-----------
Just one lecture on signal store equipments and we are done. Since the rest of the day would be spend helping prepared for the recruits passing out parade.
