I have a few friends that are left handed and would want to play most Wii games with their left hand (for targeting, slashing, etc).
Or maybe there is an option on the systems menu.
I think it would be stupid of Nintendo to not consider the left handed players. A bunch of DS games have the left hand option so I guess it's going to be the same for the Wii
A great example of this is Zelda: TP, it is mirror version on the Wii version of the original version so you can play it by swinging the wiimote as a sword, since Link is left handed in all other games (and the cube version on TP) and the majority of the world is right handed.
Yeah, just as Ouendan, Meteos, Lost Magic, etc. have a left-handed setting, I think most Wii-games will support it - but in the end, it's up to the developer, which is not always Nintendo.
The nunchuck and wiimote can easily be switched between hands but on games where one controller is assigned for your characters left hand and another for their right hand, there's normally an option.
